Top 3 FMO's

Grrrrrrr Travis I'm on my phone and can't clip your post! Do bare with me. The analogy was great! I understand that. But let me make one. Hey Dale (my brother) I just found this amazing lead company. You won't believe how great the leads are! Why wouldn't I just text my brother that instead of posting here? Then an agent says, hey where do I get these leads? Oh your not with 360 you can't get them. I've just seen some posts that were more like throwing sh%t in non fex agents face than I could handle. All I'm saying is, keeping the secrets with fex is fine but why make posts that are just teasers? I would much rather read this. ......."hey guys, fex has great calls on Friday. If you want in, let us know and we will get you contracted. "

I know I'm on the hook for chargebacks. That's a given. Also how I run it is up to me. All I am saying is don't knock what others are doing, just talk about what you do. But be upfront about it and not put pointless posts.

I have never made one post to try to recruit and you would be shocked at how many agents I get that have never heard of the forum. Like katt williams says about the crocodile Hunter. .. I'm friendly and educational! I just help anyone I can anytime I can. If they decide to work with me that's fine. But they don't have to work with me to get my help.

Actually Ben I can see your point but that message was not intentional at all. I mean it does not benefit me one bit if people flock to fex. I like them very much and we are a team but in retrospect I can see how that may have seemed, maybe I did not have my phone sitting beside me ( i live in a 2 story and often leave it downstairs, ask Gooner, pisses him off when I do that) or I just didnt pm for whatever reason. And just to let everyone one know, we have sold leads to only 3 agents. Yea, we are rolling in the big money with that sh*t, NOT. We explained on the "phone call" that you claim to have a recording of that we basically do this so we can have a self built in "lead fund" without having to pay for leads out of our commissions each week, if we help agents produce and they buy leads great, it helps us a little too. The whole Lazy Agents thread was also a direct result of just how many agents bitch and moan about needing good leads but will not get off the fence and buy any, get it?

And Ben, dont be all "good ole boy" coy here, I know the game you are running and your are just pissed maybe someone else is getting a lil piece of the pie, guess what, thats life, thats capitalism, deal with it. I think you are a fun guy and I dont have any ill will towards you but dont piss down my back and tell me its raining, Im late to the game of business and you are barely through the front door, this is a mans game and winner takes all. Good luck.

Ha! You're in mine too, but I still don't know your last name.

Thanks, now all the crazies from the forum will spam f*ck my phone:err:

----------

I think 360 would be better if you didn't have to mail to PO boxes...

Just stick it in and turn it a lil more, you love it:D

----------

And by morning time this will be in our past and we can all move on and concentrate on spending our commission money on phat ass strippers and edible underwear - Goodnight!

I think 360 would be better if you didn't have to mail to PO boxes...

Actually, I do drops targeting PO Boxes because most agents don't want them

1. The returns are better.

2. Folks with PO boxes only and no mail box tend to get LESS junk mail and fewer offers for FE

3. My closing percentage is higher with PO box leads than any other lead

The only down fall is that you can't door knock em!:1baffled:

I like it! Thinking outside the box...err, or how to get in it.

Ohhhhh wow!!! All of this bc I responded to Thad that I heard the monkey dust wasn't free? My bad......

I guess there will be postings of 1099's next! This was coming.....it's been brewing for a while. Too many quick jabs on the forum over the last few weeks. Looks like somebody finally hit the red button! WW3.....FE style! Everybody has gotten pissy over who the BEST is & who offers the BEST this, that, & the other. The bottom line is, it isn't about the IMO or upline at all......it's about the individual agent. Some need minimal training & then become rock stars in this business. Others could be injected via IV with all the FE knowledge in the world & still wouldn't be able to sell ice water in Hell!!

& I'm fully aware that "monkey dust" isn't real.....

Other than this forum, I've never had any contact or experience with FEX or any of its agents....so I don't know & can't speak of what you guys do over there. I can only speak of what I personally know. Yes, Ben is my brother, but this is from a business perspective & not a brother's perspective. I have personally seen him go outta his way to help agents get on track, regardless of who they are with....he wants EVERYONE to make it. (No, he's not in my ear telling me what to say....Lol) He truly loves this business & wants to help. Does recruiting get involved.....sometimes, but EVERYBODY that posts on this forum is recruiting in one way or another. Hell, I'm recruiting right now. :)
We are all recruiting.....whether it's for agents, leads, pimping our "knowledge" or smart a$$ comments, it's all recruiting. We want someone to notice.....human nature. I think some guys got a little bit butt hurt & this thing has exploded.

Can't we all just get along?? ROFLMAO

That is exactly correct.

The posts that I had written several months back were not saying that the DMG leads were bad leads. They were the counterpoint to Ben and you popping into every thread saying the were the best leads on the market every time Chris at The Lead Connection was mentioned. You were making the point that his lead did not say life insurance on it and acting like everything else was the same.

But in fact in exchange for not saying life insurance on Chris's set price lead, the agent had more choices that DMG would not give (at least at that time.) Chris would let you mail the ages you want to mail to and not require that you go as low as age 50. Chris did not require that you mail to PO Boxes which could be a good lead but you have only one shot...you HAVE to get them to tell you where they live. And you HAD to go to zero income with the DMGs.

The point wasn't that one is good and the other is bad. The point was post after post only the good of the DMG was being told but never the other stuff.

I've made a lot of sales with the DMG leads. I've made a lot of sales with the Lead Connection Leads. I've even made a lot of sales with DMG leads that did not say life insurance.

There are no bad leads. Only lazy agents.

Who says you can't door knock them? It is not that hard to find the residence address for someone who has a PO Box.. In fact, in small communities, you can often find out by simply going to the PO, show the clerk the card and ask, "Where does Mrs./Mr. _______ Live?"

What are DMG leads?

Ha ha! Sucker. :-) ............

I wonder if the original poster has made his decision yet? :-)

Yes. Seems like a great guy and we're looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship.

On some of this other stuff with all of the "whose best" stuff , I'd like to think that each one of us thinks we're the best, if we didn't we should quit now. I'd also certainly hope any agents I work with think they are in the best spot for them otherwise they wouldn't be there.

It really is a great time for agents to be in the FE market when you look at the access to contracts, training and leads that exists. Not that long ago you had to pretty much sell your soul get that kind of support and now you can do it and remain totally independent.
