Monkey dust is in the club, the group, team, platoon. Friday calls and comrades in the battle is the Monkey dust. Secret sauce, monkey dust, super duper special secrets are as JD said, a joke. Newby, Travis or JD do not know any thing that has not already been through of by somebody else years ago. They are just just focused and very good at what they do.

I truely believe what FEX is doing is great! Seriously. But JD asked what could they do better? I posted my opinion and it went out in left field! Show me your production ect. I was just helping or trying to.

Buddy, I like you a lot. You bring a lot to the table with your insight. I know you produce, you can't know the things you do without having produced.
That being said, I think you're a good bit like me, minus the @ss hole part, in that stuff like this is menial in the scheme of life. I'm glad you're building a team...7 years in the business..good for you!
The guys don't pay me extra or give me any more perks than any other agents that they have with them. I pump them up and defend them diligently because of what they have done for me. While I'm not making the most money I've ever made in my life, I can easily say that I am by far...making the most money, with the least amount of effort in my life. That's huge for me with a 3 and 5 year old...I know you get that!
End of the day, this is all in fun...with some serious undertones.

MONKEY DUST ALERT
OK, to all who don't get the chicken dance song reference that keeps getting thrown around....At the mini-FEX conference a couple months back....Goose, JD, Hoosierdaddy, Scott, John Galt and myself were having some drinks at the casino. It came up that I DJ weddings, only 5 or so a year at this point, but I used to do it full time. It then came up that I charge a ridiculous amount for a wedding and that I have certain songs I tell Brides and Grooms that I won't play...The Chicken Dance is Numero Uno! F that song!!
One of the wife's thought it was ridiculous, as did her husband, who continues to give me $ hit about it
There is some FEX insider stuff...do you feel satisfied, lol

Exactly the kind of post I would expect from you! First class Gooner! I really posted to help. You know you have read a post and be like, dang that shouldn't be here or worded like that. I was just man enough to tell you and others. I honestly like fex and Todd and thad and dig (**** I know I'm leaving people out. .... sorry) and everyone has something to offer. Some people might dissect what I do, but the people that know me honestly know I am a very non greedy helpful person. I just don't like teasing posts
