Top Agent With Lincoln Heritage Wrote 70k in AP For July

Their ever changing craigslist title changes make me laugh out loud every single time. Here is the latest:

WE MAKE SO MUCH MONEY, YOU'LL THINK IT'S FAKE◄ (#1 SALES CAREER ON CRAIGSLIST)

Lol! Of course they will make a lot of money right away with leads as we all will. Its what sticks that means anything. Just want to know if they even have enough just to clear the 9 month advance.

I just opened a mailer from Lincoln Heritage. It says their producers average $500 a day in earnings. By my calculations, that's $125,000 a year average per producer!

I'm sure LH wouldn't say that if it wasn't true.........would they? Could Obi have been telling the truth? :skeptical:

The average insurance agent works 1 day per week...

I'm not sure it might add up to that. DM leads are about $25 and t.v. leads are about $30-35. They want you to take 20-30 leads per week. At weeks end one half of your commish goes to pay back some of the lead bill, (thats their in house financing for ya), you keep the rest at anywhere from 50-80% minus chargeback. Can't see how it would be $500 daily unless you are absolutely killing it with 90% persistence and above. Thoughts?

My thought is that their claims are lies.

First of all they say $500 per day in EARNINGS not income. Even if it is true, they are no doubt annualizing commissions... They are also not accounting for charge-backs and it goes without saying that they are not deducting lead costs. They supposedly work 4 days per week.. that would be $2000 in earnings.. less 25 leads at $30 each ($750)... Now, the net annualized commission is down to $1250 minus $400 (assuming 20% charge-backs which is probably low)..so the agent net income is down to $850 or about 40K per year.. And I really doubt their "average" agent is even close to that.

They mean gross, not net. And they only count field days.

I agree. Funny. I remember seeing a Craigslist ad from the manager I was with...It's not about the contract, it's About the leads! Lol! I'll try to find it. So much for that "average" I guess
