Anyone mind sharing where I can get 115-130% first year FE contracts with 15-20% renewals years 2-10 with no production requirements? Thanks in advance.

Yes but not recent, about 3 years alltogether. Enough to know bad deals when I see one.

Why don't you try to get decent contracts with the right carriers and let the commissions fall where they fall? Perhaps it's a mistake, but I focus more on getting the right product to represent than a few points on the commission.
