That looks like the FMO offering to pay, not Aetna. Aetna paid for mine due to last year's production (Front Runner program). You should be asking JSA for reimbursement.

That's the FMO. Mine was directly from Coventry. Your issue is with the FMO. I assume you met the requirements they specified in the email? If so, you need to be holding their feet to the fire.
