Only Corp or LLC status . Dumped my corporation status 2018. Seemed like paying an accountant 4,000,00 a year and payroll for myself seemed like over kill. Now seeing this just reminds me of all the headaches of the past hands in cookie jar.

You lost a lot more then 4k a year paying accountant by paying much more in SS and MC taxes up to $168k of income.

If u make 170k but pay yourself 80k in salary, you saved 22.5% of that 90k diff or $20k.

I don't even know what it is, I am super busy these days, My wife found the video and asked CPA
and he was like oh yea you have to do it

I was so buried yesterday and just found out this is new and its due and there is jail time and high fines for not doing

Just thought strange how that can just happen
