I was perplexed as to how and why someone could have 8 kids all under the age of 7. Could never have imagined something so bizarre. With all the things he's done, he's the true definition of a psychopath.

We should be receiving letters before Christmas with the amount of our payouts....cash should be in our bank accounts by the end of March -- at the latest....

I am very encouraged by your reply! I hope you are correct. I expected that each state would process with different timelines.
