Trying to beat a Graded offer

It was MOO. Neither inhaler has been prescribed/filled in over 3 yrs. Still sound like COPD?

It may be COPD, but since she stopped filling them, that also says (to me) that it could have been for an acute allergy thing. Sometimes the doc will prescribe inhalers for that, but temporarily.

Either way, you should get clarification on that. If need be, have the client call the doctor and ask specifically why she was prescribed the inhalers.

Well we were aiming for her to obtain an APS, but her Dr won't see her 'til November. Geeeez.

She can request a copy of her records at any time. She can even just ask the doctor to state whether or not she has ever been treated for COPD, emphysema or chronic asthma.

Assuming she actually does not have COPD, RNA would approve this for level coverage. Their copd question and rx check only goes back 2 years on COPD.

Yeah the Dr won't even do that without an appt and they told her Nov.

How do we think Foresters' would come out on this?

Unacceptable! Tell her to go to the Dr's office to get that info and don't leave without it. Tell her to let them know that she does not have time to wait on them to do such a simple thing. Demand it, don't be passive.

Pretty much what Todd said. She has a right to her records at any time at no cost to her. Writing a letter is vastly easier and faster than producing her records in full.

To your point though... go with Trans and get the sale... too much time here may upset her and you and she both loose...

Careful about how you speak about her doctor... she may like him... and she has most likely known him longer than you...

Get the sale.
