Trying to beat a Graded offer

So I have a Graded Offer, applied level, on a 74 yo fem, height/weight proportional, answered no to all questions with one of the premier carriers. Was told the Graded offer was due to Rx check. They are as follows:

NONE are current

Medrol Dosepak
Prednisone
Profair HFA 3 yrs ago
Ventolin HFA 3 yrs ago
Ceftin
Cephalexin
Creon
Keflex
Levofloxacin
Zithromax

MIB was not an issue.

At the risk of repeating myself on the Rx, none current.

So would Foresters or UHL be best when aiming for level? Or am I missing something here?

I think you meant ProAir. If so 2 drugs for respiratory could mean COPD. That narrows to Assurity(if a NS), Americo UP2, LBL standard or Transamerica standard.

The problem is once you have COPD, it never goes away even though the symptoms may get better.

What do the doctor's notes say? Does she guarantee she won't die in 2 years?

Extremely high likelihood she has COPD or chronic asthma.

MIB records will never reflect a "diagnosis". It will only reflect what an applicant voluntarily disclosed to another insurer.
