UHC SmartEnroll.....

I printed MS application from UHC portal. Filled in agent info. Made 100 copies. Done. Those who are having a hard time ripping the pages out of the kit- really? I mean, really?

Yeah, I have done that for the medsupp app before. I was mainly talking about the mapd, as it was my first one so I wanted to use the booklet to avoid any possibility of them calling me later and saying I did it wrong and it's not acceptable.

Anyone think it deliberate making the printed material hard to use to get agents to pick up printing costs?

You might be on to something there, but what about some of these companies, like MoO, that print there apps front/back, but then you have to make copies so you can fax them in that's annoying and also adding to our costs. Now I haven't tried many of the E-apps to avoid this, but I'm slowly jumping on the bandwagon.

Last eapp I used took way too long to switch from page to page.

Making a copy of a few pages to fax is cheaper than postage. But if you aren't using MoO's e-app you really should start. It's not difficult at all. Plus you get more marketing credits when using e-apps compared to paper apps.

Can UHC please get rid of signature pads? Why is it called an electronic app if you can't sign it electronically - totally defeats the purpose of doing the e-app. Might as well keep it to paper (which is what I do). And they make the agent pay for the signature pad...

every company needs to get on board with the ipad, I'm tired of having 3 computers lol.
Wonder what Humana will do when ie goes away.

OK, this might be a dumb question, but I am looking at an OSU tablet on Ebay right now.

Will any ol' signature pad work for the different carrier's e-apps, or are they proprietary?
