If you say so. I think it's because I'm stubborn.

Yes, settling is cheaper, not only in legal fees, but it also gets the bad news out of the headlines so that it'll die down and be forgotten about quicker. You know, "out of sight...out of mind".

Prosecutors make deals all the time. They look at a settlement as a win because they got something for the victim. Also, they're able to handle more cases with the time making deals opens up.

Bob Mueller sure like to make deals.

I was on a town board when we settled a "Sexual Harassment" case that was settled as such. I didn't like the way it was settled but the insurance company thought it was the best option... I think I was the lone "nay."

Lawyers are exceedingly good at making the understandable incomprehensible and the inexpensive unpayable. And when they get tired of screwing up their client's finances they run for office and screw up the country. :arghh:

Even if they were found guilty of anything (which they were not), Id pick them over KSKJ any day of the week.

Its one thing to have rogue agents, its another thing to have a rogue company.

It wasn't just rogue agents.. The company approved of what was done..

Ultimately its their responsibility. Much like how a handful of carriers got sued for illegal telemarketing tactics. The leadership team as changed since then, I have met them, and they are good people. You wont find a company that earns your business like AmAm in the industry.

But, to be clear. There is a company that is currently discriminating against applicants according to religious preference. I would never stand for that, and I encourage others to snub their nose at it too.

KSKJ turned you down, didn't they. :twitchy:

His organization does over 15 mil in production. That may be more than what kskj does as a whole.

There are many companies out there that are better than kskj.

Thinking that the lowest rate is the reason why one should sell them is narrow minded. I'd never sel a company that doesn't have as billing. That makes my job harder and doesn't allow me to make new sales.

I have no idea how much KSKJ does a year and I don't use them much. It just seems odd to me why he's got such a hard on for them.
