I live in Lenexa and work the rural areas in Eastern Kansas. I've also been working the rural areas in Missouri.

Looks like we overlap a bit. I have clients all the way to Hutchison and Topeka, all over Paola and Pleasonton, KS. Of course I have clients from the IA/MO border to the AR/MO border.

Bates county is my hub. My office is in Butler.

Most of my clients "out there" I've never met. Is your name David?

I come home daily no matter what. A couple weeks ago I was in the office until 4pm, left and drove to Lowry City (~45 min.) wrote two, drove to Lockwood, MO (~1.5 hr.) wrote one, drove home. Got to bed about 10pm.

I'm using my wife's laptop. Gigi is my wife.

The "deal" is usually done before I head out. I like to set the deal with a lil face to face time. If they are further away than I want to go then I do it all through the mail/phone.

We've seen that hotel name on the Isla M. web site. Thank, we'll check it out. We're staying in one of Hawks rooms this round. 1.5 blocks from Playa Norte.
