Vemo Leads

Re: Vimo Shared leads

I have been using them for a while. Filters are light so a lot of medical conditions are not noted. A lot of people go to the VIMO web site for something other than a health quote.

But...generally people are friendly and they are pretty good about keeping agents to under five. I stick with prospects close to my office and emphasize that they should not talk to anybody else that calls them. Sometimes it works. Sometimes the laugh at me.

Vimo Warning....

I have been using VIMO for a few months. No major complaints.

Until now...

Two people today said they went on a website (MYOPINIONS.COM) to fill out a survey. They thought they could win a gift card, but instead got calls from four agents.

I was emphatically told (in writing) that VIMO does not use affiliates like this. I guess anything goes these days.

Andrew....C'mon and kick VIMO's but. What else is there to do in Colorodo???

Re: Vimo Warning....

are you sure, I just looked at that website and it doesn't appear to offer any gift cards....just checking (not that I don't believe you...)

Re: Vimo Warning....

Chumps, I got that same story the other day. Guy said he was trying to win a laptop. I paused my account, just after I submitted for lead credits and have not turned them back on.

Homey ain't playing that game. I had higher hopes for Vimo.

Re: Vimo Warning....

Wow chumps, got a new Avatar. Guess I'm going to have to do something about that to keep up.

Re: Vimo Warning....

It's probably an affiliate that VIMO buys leads from. Hopefully, they shut them off quickly.

Lead companies go downhill quickly when they need to use affiliates to meet demand for the leads, plus there is absolutely no control on how many times a lead is sold. The affiliate may sell the lead to multiple companies (yeah, probably not supposed to, but, how do you know?)

Bill...might not be gift cards. It was something along those lines though.

Mac...NetQuote has been seen on freelaptop.com although they say they don't do that any more. Re my avatar, I guess it was time to get rid of Homer. I like those moving avatars, but I'll be a good boy for a while.

By the way...the VIMO rep was pretty helpful. Ge seemed genuinely concerned and will notify the appropriate people.

Re: Vimo Warning....

Hmmm...Must be new.

Don't you just love it when you end up calling customer service, and it's their first day on the job? They are so NICE!!! Then, they put you on hold and some biatch comes on......
