Web Based Inexpensive Dialer

Not from my experience....

Back when I was buying 20 plus internet leads day, I tried getting them to make it work.....

Wasn't workable for me

You know the way these call centers use these dialers is like this:

1. As soon as they lead hits the dialer it goes to agent A.

2. If Agent A didn't speak to the lead, to goes to Agent B 1 hour later.

3. If Agent B didn't speak to the lead , Agent C get's the lead an hour after that. So these leads get called 8 times a day by 1 call center!

I was looking for a dialer that I could call through a list called Today's leads, and when I got a new lead it would be the next lead dialed. But as an independent agent, that set up doesn't work, too slow to the draw.

Doesn't Mojo have this setup where you can auto import the leads?

You can integrate Mojo with Leads360, and pull the leads across from 1 to the other, clicking an update in mojo changes the status in leads360, and when it connects with someone it opens their lead page in leads360.

However, its expensive as hell.

Mojo costs 150, leads 360 costs 100, then leads 360 charges 150 for "integration", which is odd because mojo does all the support between the 2 of them. 400 per month total.

It's my #1 biggest expense after leads. I wish someone had a better, cheaper, system for this.

The only CRM's I have seen that have an integrated dialer is VanillaSoft and SalesForce, of course FREECRM has one I believe, and there may be others.

How about Asterisk? This thing can do anything except dance on table tops. The price? How about free? Compatibility? No problem, it is open source. Downside? Getting service, you are on you own.
I am hoping to complete mine as soon as my phones from ebay get delivered (cost $100 for 13 sip phones).
Has anyone done anything like that? If so, the predictive dialer question becomes moot as there is either a plugin or built in functionality as I recall so that it can function with just about any CRM (though I imagine linux based would be an easier task.)

The list is great. I sorted it into area codes, and picked up cheap voip numbers from VYLmedia. So when my assistant calls, the owner thinks I am local (relatively). The list is great! Shes getting great leads, and no short supply of people to call.
