Hello everyone!

I am working on a term life insurance site.. Was wondering if I can transact an insurance sale over the phone to a prospect out of my state?

Meaning.. Complete an application by phone then email or mail the app to the insured to obtain the necessary signatures and payment.

I know i need to be licensed in the state of sale..

Sure you can if you are licensed in the state and the insurance company is licensed to do business in that state.
