Weird Site Traffic

I use statcounter to track traffic coming through my site and I've been getting some odd ones lately. i.e. a few of the ISP's are actually colo sites/data centers, so that seems sort of odd to me. Is that something that happens frequently or is it odd?

Because of rampant viruses and worms, Obama and Sebelius now require data servers to have health insurance. They're just checking your rates.

since your website can track isp's, you should also be able to track referring sites. at least you will be able to find out where the traffic is coming from.
