So while your setting your appointment with the client. Please refrain from eating for 12 hours prior to our appointment. I prefer to get them drunk first then have them sign the application...I would need to reschedule the exam.

This agent sets up the client in the mornings - and they know the exam will follow. The other agents have my "how to prepare for your exam" brochure and the client can expect my call that day.

So its not a first appointment where the client and agent have no clue. This actually a good idea to keep in the back of my mind.
