Josh, this is the decoder for the list I got. Is this good?

If it's providing all that detail it certainly seems workable. The reality is that the data included is only one piece of the puzzle, the real question is whether or not the folks you're calling are actually matching up with what's on the list. As I mentioned earlier, you can go to datadepot.biz and get 1 million records for $199, but the list isn't very accurate. If your voice broadcasting it likely doesn't matter much, but the reality is most folks need to be telemarketing instead in which case it's more more efficient to use an accurate list. There is no way around it, accurate data costs money to aggregate.
Yeah it provides all that data. My wife's a pro with excel and she has already scrubbed it against the DNC. Any advice on what parameters to set for term/mortgage protection or FE?
