Hello

So what if you work really hard at selling insurance but just plan suck at it but you do want to do well and you try hard.
What should you do?? QUit? Life coach?? Sales classes??

Thanks for input

LOL Hey I need 30 posts to send PM's plus I have always wondered how some people make it even when they are terrible at it.

If you work hard at it you won't suck. You will do fine. I find that those who suck at it are those who don't work at it. Instead of going out and finding clients they buy leads (mostly worthless) or they spend ALL their time going to networking events (chamber, rotary, charities etc.) and hope for referrals.

Unless you are a (local) celebrity, it ain't gonna happen.

If you won't do the work of prospecting you WILL suck at this. But if you spend 180 minutes out of a 1440 minute day calling businesses on the phone seeking clients, you will do fine.

You may not LIKE the business... but you won't suck at it if you work it.

The only place where "success" comes before "work"... is in the dictionary.

You get an AMEN from me. Preach it brother!!

I love saying, " HOW DID THAT WORK FOR YOU". If you do nothing, you will get nothing. The trick is to work your butt off and don't reinvent the wheel. Find a niche market and stick with it. Copy what other successful agents are doing.

Well, let's see. I've been in this business now over seventeen years. I still buy leads (although I try to avoid the "mostly worthless" kind). On the leads I have purchased this year, I have enjoyed a 688% return on my investment.
