What is Metlife Doing?

Customer service there can be scary. No one seems to know what department you should talk to when you call.

That is the problem. I can live with low comp or even wanting to sell direct. I can't spend three or four times as much time as another carrier to deal with simple service issues. No one knows what any one else is doing or who to speak with.
 
I mentioned the comp because when one carrier is significantly lower in that arena than the market at large they are signaling to the market that they are not interested in that type of business, unless they are dramatically less expensive, which they are not. We to, when necessary will use them.
