What should contact be for Ameritas

I had a lot with Manhattan life, but over time I found enough struggled getting reimbursed, and did just got a few too many CS calls

and since looking I really struggled to find one that had a decent network over many states that is easy to enroll and explain that were not 10%
Manhattan's the only one I show now. I've compared them to all the others and Manhattan comes out on top.

I've had no complaints. I haven't seen a dentist refuse to file a claim and they seem to send the dentist a check in about 4 days. They have a network, but you can go to any dentist. They pay very well outside the network.

Best commissions. Easy E-App.

Have you looked at NCD? Metlife has a very large network and is great at paying claims

I hear you

But I don't know how many times I got a clients who had the plan over a year and say My dentist don't want to take it they don't pay well

or my dentist don't take it I just want a plan where he is in network

I've had a bunch that were crying to me claims are not paid

I don't know I have used them for some years now, and I honestly found it to be a headache

Many of them don't keep it more then 2 or 3 years

Plus Amertas credits prior cov which is helpful

Though based on at least on account so far I might find them to be a pain as well so well see

Yea I contracted with them. I am confused I have one site

When I go to quote page I see many choices with no quotes showing
I have to go into apply to get price and I don't know what is covered
or how to check dentist

I find it very confusing

I mean there is stuff about gym membership which I thought was interesting I called when I first got it, but don't think I understood how anything worked when I got of the phone

Hasn't been my experience. Manhattan's Select plan has no waiting period.

My experience is either 3 or 4 years ago, don't remember which. Don't know what sorts of changes have come along since then.

I had UHC for primary and was looking for a secondary plan.

The MetLife take along plans did not coordinate benefits.
But for them, did not coordinate benefits, meant something different than what it did with Ameritas.

What a MetLife representative finally told me was, if there was another EOB involved, MetLife would pay nothing.

Do your MetLife plans co-ordinate benefits with other dental coverage, or if not, do they pay a benefit based on their schedule of allowable charges like Ameritas does?

Thanks.
