I had at least 2 people I remember saying that to me. They said it in a curious tone, so I didn't give it too much thought. But your situation is different because of the recent accident.

Going back to the file. I found an email where she had left a couple message phone and email address for me to use earlier this year when we were doing some work for her daughter. So I left a voice mail and email that I was getting back to her on her info request regarding Bene and suicide info. One email and phone were her daughter's, oops. Also left that I could not be sure until I checked on Monday.
I talked to her Monday. She had been in a real bad place. Her best buddy in the rehab hospital had just committed suicide. He could not take it. She said she felt very jealous that he was free. We talked for about a hour. Oh another thing that seemed odd in the original email was she added a pre wheelchair photo of herself.
She did say that her daughter happened to show up this last weekend and kept her company.
