Looks like another year in East Tennessee with no commission. There is Bright Health coming into the market, but they are pretty sure their rates will be higher than BCBST. What I've seen every other year is that people change to the lowest cost silver policy if they are getting cost sharing. That being said it's doubtful too many will enroll with BrightHealth. So a commission on nothing is still nothing.
