With everyone sitting at home collecting fake printed money, it's hard to find good help these days. Of course, this problem is not exclusive to insurance. It's indicative of the times we live in. That being said, does anyone have any ideas as to where to find sales agents? Don't even need experience. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears. Thanks.

What unique selling position do you have to offer that would make an agent contract with you? There are literally thousands of guys and gals out there that are wanting to have downlines, trying to contract agents that have little to offer the agent. If they do contract someone, the do not stay for long. Good IMOs, and there are several that post here, offer a broad selection of companies, training, high contracts, etc. Can you compete with that?
