Not if you keep the business on the books.. However, I would not like potential lapse chargebacks hanging over my head. I used to write some term with a company until they changed the contract to read 100% charged back if lapse took place in the first 3 months or 50% chargeback if it lapsed the 4th month through the 15th month. I really liked the company and the product and even though I had really good persistency with them, I no longer write it because of the chargeback potential.

Your statement is true if you are a broker (who is broke) and rolling business so you can get a new advance with a different carrier on the same Ms. Jones. I believe this mechanism is for brokers who write for several carriers and sometimes (because they are broke) will roll business to a new carrier. It's never affected me or, as far as I know, any of my agents.
 
That's because I truly believe this is the BEST FE opportunity in America. Now, the recruiters up here like Todd will try to discredit everything that we offer agents that he can't offer agents. In fact, picking on Todd a little here since he likes to pick with me, he offer nothing to his agents except contracts and verbal coaching.

If I'm wrong I apologize right here and now. So what does Todd offer his agents besides a contract and words of wisdom? Inquiring minds want to know.


Can you get someone on insulin with neuropathy (gabapentin) preferred coverage ?

What about someone who smokes and has COPD,is that level with SL ?

What about cirrhosis ? Level ?

Can you give an agent 120% commish on a policy written on an insured with CHF ?

Let's see if Greg answers these simple UW questions or will he take a knee ?

Todd has many many companies he can write for all types of risks.

He provides an opportunity for agents with a "next level " mindset.

How can you provide a better career opportunity than Todd?

I'm not as worried abut them allowing me to use the phone as I am about if they will pick up the phone. I could take a nice long vacation if I added up the on hold times I've had to endure this year. :yes:
