There are limits on how the excess can be used and how much for reserves. Some of the money may go for executive bonuses but the money doesn't go that far.

The fallacy of big numbers comes into play here.

It's the same "logic" used when protesters claimed Wal-Mart profits were excessive and should be used to provide "good" health insurance for their employees. I ran some numbers years ago and if the profits were divided equally over their total workforce it meant something like $6/mo for health insurance.

FB takes those profits and opens retail stores all over the states hoping eventually the agents will go away.
