Some of your customers with Jan. 1, 2014, effective dates may have recently received a card and dark chocolate bar from Humana, apologizing for the service issues they encountered in January.​

I bet dark chocolate is excluded from MLR........

It was good too!

I was wondering why they sent it. But I had no issues, talked to Bob about the plan, he said he didn't want it, and so I called Humana direct and was done is maybe 15 minutes.

We found out our second child is on the way, and a Platinum plan sounded a lot better than a HSA with no maternity. Still not a fan of Obamacare, but even with the higher premium, we are going to save quite a bit.

I feel sorry for those agents that didn't have a book of biz going into this thing. Couldn't imagine not being paid for 6 months (oct write, april/may pay)
