Sounds like you're fiddin to find out. Trans told me they will take it. I had a guy sign that way last week. No physical or mental condition other than illiteracy.

If you can sell Gerber over the phone, you don't need any of that? We do it all over the phone then type in their info on their website. No signature needed. No 3rd party call.

It's also just as easy to take your i-pad with you and do it right there in the house. Once again, no signature needed.

Update: wasn't Gerber, but Trans approved my client who signed this way.
Just do the online Gerber app via laptop..... Problem solved.
