innuendo: an allusive or oblique remark or hint, typically a suggestive or disparaging one.

rumor: a currently circulating story or report of uncertain or doubtful truth.

What I posted is a factual account, based on events that I have witnessed, that transpired in my presence (not necessarily with my direct participation). Much different than innuendo or a rumor? Not to you perhaps.
If someone from the newly minted company posts the first hand account on what is happening - by all means. The point I was trying to make - that it is highly unlikely that forum participants know anything factual.

No, not factual. You are an unknown poster making un substantiated claims of fact. Nothing credible about you to me anyway. Nothing wrong with you sharing what you want. But lets not say it is anything more than anybody else.

I disagree. I would wait to see what people say, and then go from there.

I have met Steve Kramer before, and talked to him. I believe that he was at another company recruiting for LTC. Thoroughly unimpressed. I would not recommend at all, at that time.

Why or how would I know? I have never met Mr. Kramer, who (in any event) is just a "sales manager" or "vee-pee" if you like it better. It is the rank and file of the company that make it or break it, not "vee-pees".

What are you trying to say? I read Mr.Kramer's bio. He got years in the industry too... so what?

Are you just curious? Would my 28 years in the industry surprise you? My affiliation with the original LTC Inc? Or Genworth? Does it make a huge difference to you? I am lone voice of dissent on this forum - and that is all one would need to know.
As a side note (which you probably missed) - I know quite a few of the posters in real life
