PA is difficult for some reason. It's always PA, Cali and FL that have different apps. PA rarely has the Eapps and always has some extra disclosures.

well I did a Phoenix Eapp in PA about 2 months ago
You sure about that? Done Phoenix life Eapp for Whole life and Term life in PA. NOt sure about prosperity though. But I'll call them on Monday

There was something about the Eapp in PA for Phoenix. Maybe they had to do a paper app first?

No I was wrong. It's PA agents have to have a writing number before writing biz with Phoenix. They're JIT for all other states.
Either way, PA can be weird about things like FL and Cali.
