Can anyone recommend either free or paid premium wordpress themes?

I tried a few on my website totallyfreediabetichealthquotes.com but some you can't remove the ads and links in the footer.

The Wordpress site has about a zillion and one free themes you can choose from. I spent the better part of a day looking at ALL of them before I chose one (and then modified it.)

So I don't understand what you are looking for? A theme that is JUST for insurance agencies? If so, I don't know of one but there are probably a couple of hundred on the Wordpress site that should work for you.

That is developer pricing. Unless you want to sling code, you don't need that package.

I also use studiopress. I got the enterprise theme, was looking at the corporate theme.
