For work at home agents, Does your agency "keep track" of your progress or activity? If so then how do they do it?
Or agency owners / managers who have commission agents, is there something you do to keep the motivation up or to make sure there is consistent activity? Incentives or zoom meets? Do you use some type of manager or work at home agent app or agent website where all of your agents work can be tracked?
