The one great thing about my experience with Ring Central is the fax service. Never an issue.

I am moving from them but if the new company doesn't work well on the fax I will go back to RC.

I use Ring Central, too. Works well for me. The one time I did have a problem, customer service was great. They answered the phone right away & had the answers I needed.

I use efax it lets me link up to 5 email addresses so my staff can use it too.

They also have an iPhone app that allows for me to sign a document from my phone and fax it back.

I use an all-in-one so it has fax in addition to copier, printer, and scanner.

I want to be clear...I like the fax service...but am running as fast as I can away from their phone plans.

Efax vote here...... I like the apps for iPad and phone and I use the fax on my cp
