You are way over complicating it. If its relevant to your website just add another page. You can put it under a tab or navigation item or whatever that lists your various services.

Are you targeting two completely separate markets, or do you want visitors to one site to really focus on something specific? If so, those are good reasons to have two sites.

im targetting a niche market and it will have more than one page, i'm almost done building it, i'll post to see what you guys think and whether to put in subdirectory or it's own hosting.
