$100 Per App for PCIP - Whooppie!

This is the second or third life cycle for Yogurt shops. TCBY was a big one that I think finally bit the dust. Same for smoothies. At one time they were all over the place. Had 3 within walking distance of my home.

But now . . .?

All yogurt shops in my area went under. We had three. We now have zero. I'm not sure if a great business model is to copy something that fails over and over.

There are two different kinds of people who go into business:

1) Wow, there are NO yogurt shops in this entire area! Let's start looking for space.

2) Wow, there are NO yogurt shops in this area. Let's find out why.

Good one! We have a few in our area, so far doing very well. Plus the weather is warmer here for longer so I am sure that helps. But, its a fad so we will see how long it lasts. I think the trick with those types of businesses is to get into them while they are hot, then sell before they stop being hot.

Too cold here in the winter to support places like that. Our Rita's closes in October. Cold Stone is a graveyard during the winter here and I'm not sure how they make it.

Buddy of mine who owns a Pepperidge Farm franchise is down 50%. We talk every day - high school friend and I feel bad for him. When the economy is tight people stop buying Milano cookies.

And as the economy worsens stuff like Superfresh going out of business bites him. Our Superfresh is going out of business in July. He has 3 stores and if they all go under it'll really hurt.

This and other reasons is why the insurance gig is a good one. Hate to see it change or go away, thanks Obama.

The field is insurance is fantastic and if you're into it there are many ways to make a great six figure income. I wouldn't trade this field for anything since it offers an unmatched level of freedom.

$100 on PCIP is better than $0 I get now. Remember you have to be uninsurable and not insured for six months to apply.

I still think people aren't going to enroll in massive volumes despite the low premiums and no pre ex.

They want it for free...

How about a long lost relative leaves you $15 million?

And 75% will disenroll right after the surgery.
