You mean Insulin is a decline. The app looks like a flow down app( sec A,B,C,D). it looks like they take a lot of conditions most decline as modified( in nursing home, dementia)

CSA is a fraternal organization. Been around for over 150 years. No PHI, MIB or Rx check. Pretty easy to work with but you have mail-in the app and first month's premium.

Just because the application has a place for the client to sign for the MIB does not mean they do it. It is there in case they want to do it within the next 2 1/2 years.

They do not pull an MIB or do a ScriptCheck. You can bank on it!
