Yep. I wrote one last summer. It was a male NT age 24. For 249k 20 year term ROP I'm thinking it was fifty something per month. Non med.
Mutual of Omaha's Term Life Express has both 20- and 30- year non-med ROP that covers up to $400k ($250k coverage for a 25M non smoker is $97/mo for 30 years and $124/mo for 20 years).
Americo offers a 30-year ROP also to $400k (my quoting software isn't working right now, so I can't help you on the pricing).
Not mentioned yet is UHL's Premier 20 -- it's a 20yr non-med ROP that goes up to $200k. (about $81/mo for a 25M non smoker)

A note on that, they have a RDPU option at the end. If you call them they will tell you what it is for a particular client.
