Monumental is first thought with a limit of 50K 135/mo (rate here) with accidental death smoker. Non smoker would be $99/mo bank draft.
You need to check his meds though because they will run an Rx check.
He cannot have more than 3 moving violations total for past two years.
The DUI is more detrimental than the felony with some carriers.
He is not quite old enough for SNL or EQU.
Columbian has two different plans with a limit of $25k. However, the rates and contracts are changing soon. They also have a GI plan as a fall back that is good through Dec 31.

I was going to suggest the 20-pay for 25K/25 accident at $ 56.32.
Depends on the budget really. The only thing about Settler's is I dont know how they will treat the DUI. If he received "counseling" then he would be disqualified from the Gold plan. Most DUI sentences require some sort of counseling.

No questions on the Settlers application about DUI or felony.
SNL SSP minimum age is 40. Otherwise he has to go to Icare Underwritten. I dont think that is a good option, but its overpriced anyway.

I wrote a guy yesterday with Americo. The only issue was that he had only been at his current address for 2 years, they ask for 5. The 15 years prior he was locked up for attempted murder. I wonder what Americo will say to that lol.
