Do you know which carriers might accept him?

There are several carriers that will offer a level death benefit and NOT graded. Monumental is the carrier I use most often for people like this as they can still qualify for prefered rates.

Depends on when the Defib was put in but honestly off the top of my head Monumental and Americo will take immediate benefit for him.
