Who cares it is very likely after write offs they qualify. if some government worker got a hair up there butt and saw his gross it would be likely that they would investigate. But that means nothing.

Again who cares. JD and the other guy may have known the kids were on Medicaid because of the qualification and write-offs that doesn't mean he and his wife were intentionally trying to steal they were just working the system.That's the one.

After reading the article, my impression was that the fraud was something his wife was solely responsible for.
I can't fathom someone with a team his size taking a risk like that. An agent committing fraud of any sort would result in losing licenses + all future renewals. Travis probably makes $20k+ in renewals alone every month... it just doesn't add up.

Who knows why this was done? It's hard to believe his wife did all of this completely behind his back and he had no idea.
If there was a good reason, I doubt it would still be lingering on this forum without comment. Which I'm surprised by JD's silence, he swears he isn't a recruiter for them but has gone MIA after this? That guy is so quick to call people out for anything and everything...

If this had happened to an owner/manager at EFES or 360 or any other IMO represented here on the forum they'd be silent too.

New here, but it seams from what I read on the case and commits listed here as well as some threads I have read it all goes back to... "pride cometh before the fall."
In some ways I feel sad that their families have to go through this stuff with them.
