I hope you are joking. I don't care how many expenses he has, if his income qualifies them for Medicaid and food stamps after business expenses, he is a complete and utter failure and should retract every word he has every said to anyone on this forum or anywhere else for that matter.

I could see maybe in the beginning when he got going. But after all these years? That would mean he really wasn't making any money.

I heard they just moved him to a prison out west. That's a shame because it makes it much more difficult for his wife and girlfriend to go visit him.

I guess no matter how much you make you always want to make more. If you push the envelope too far bad things can happen.

When Cody/SAM was discussing the pay structure, he had a very dismissive look toward the amount of money he's paying his 'openers' and to a lesser extent his closers. My main take away is what JD has been saying all along - the OWNERS of Telesales Call Centers ultimately are the winners who make the big $$$..

There is a trend with reps growing more and more dissatisfied with lead cost, over saturation with agents and how to shift with the times and somehow capitalize on the digital world.

You are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. In the court of public opinion, most people have already made up their minds.

There is a lot of stink on this and I would say his troubles are just beginning. A lot will depend upon the people involved. The DOI could decide to get involved as well, it touches on moral integrity and honesty.

The other issues are the facts that Travis's partner, and side shill, knew nothing about it until it was posted publicly on the forum. It was not posted here until a week after his wife's arrest. He knew this would go public, his wife's mug shot is plastered all over the internet, but he still chose to keep his closest confidantes in the dark. That is shady in and of itself.

You couple that with the fact that there is alleged felonious crimes going on under his roof, and the case that no one from FEX has made a public comment about this, makes one wonder what else is going on?

JD and Newby have been posting on this forum daily for over a decade. You can see in their profile that they are lurking in the shadows, but why no comment? Would they not expect a comment from one of their competing IMOs on this forum? And hold them accountable for not doing so?

FEX is great at bullying people with name calling and smear tactics, but once evidence is presented that cannot be refuted with elementary strategies, "poof" they disappear.

The more and more hypocrisy I see from that organization, the less and less I feel sorry for them. They will all get exactly what they deserve, and by their standards, they should "go to hell" (to quote an attack they've made on me).

We can only hope that maybe JD and Newby have learned a valuable lesson in this.

As for me, and my opinion, it has never changed. FEX has always been, and will always be, the bottom of the barrel type IMO on this forum.

I don't think he is kidding. The 'who cares' and justifying 'just working the system' says a lot.

If this were some utube video of Tawana justifying her and the current baby daddy plumping up on foodstamps people would be slamming her as a welfare whore.

Add the OK to work the system comments. How about if the system allows for an upline to keep renewals or not honor a release? People bitch about LH vectoring former agents or keeping their backend. But hey, if the system allows it? Who cares? Right?
