ACAexpress.com

Thanks for the fast response Kenny, however could you simply tell me what to do on here, or contact me privately if you prefer. We are in open enrollment clients keep calling. I hate to keep putting them off. I like to get the necessary info ASAP so I can keep moving

you have to do a full new app.... not cool wont save any time

Has anyone tried the uhc or assurant exchange software going direct to them to see if that is a better choice of enrolling people on the exchange

This is what I am getting. So after I pick a plan on aca express. I push next. That sends me to healthcare.gov
Then I try to log in and get an error. Http: forbidden. Has anyone had luck. I still can't get the software to work. Is this just me or everyone?

Check the link in "Resources" titled:

NEW! Having issues logging in to healthcare.gov when at
the point of the redirect for eligibility?

If neither of those is the problem then at that point it can only be either A. the PW you used is wrong or B. Healthcare.gov is having issues as that is the point WBE's pass data to CMS

I've done at least a dozen total through both carrier websites, it has worked perfectly.

And no, I'm not going to give you advice on how to do them, it's very straightforward.

It's not just you...but it's probably not the software either. Your issue is with healthcare.gov not ACAexpress. Not sure if you saw the notice from HC.gov requiring you to change you password. If you didn't do that, you would have gotten the error message you mentioned. If you tried more that 2 more times...you are now locked out completely.

I can't post links in the forum yet, so copy the web address below...then remove the 4 x's then you should be fine.:
https://portal.cms.gov/wps/portalXXXX/unauthportal/forgotpassword

Good luck...

Make sure as well, (We are seeing many agents who did not set it corretly) that you have set the "Role" within CMS of "FFM Agent Broker"

I was locked out of the agent/broker access at healthcare.gov just like Snugla mentioned. I must have tried it more than 2 times, LOL. Anyway, the Marketplace gave me the following contact information for CMS saying they will unlock the account for me, and I also found the same contact info at portal.cms.gov. Here it is:

Why the hell the make you change your password every 60 days is beyond me. My 60th day is set to expire Dec 8th. If things get screwed up, we're talking tens of thousands of lost revenue to clear things up.

My question is, can I go change my password before the 60th day??

I think you just need to change the password at least once within that time period. It would probably be good to sign in to your FFM account before signing in to Hc.gov to be sure it has not expired.
