ACAExpress, Pricing, New Features, Etc.

Kenny,

Couple of questions.

1. Why is it not possible to do side by side comparisons with a few plans? It would be super helpful to be able to select a few plans and do a side by side comparison.

2. Why is there not a green lock or other visible indication of a secured SSL connection once you start seeing quotes and get into the application process? There is a green lock upon initial page view but it disappears on quoting and application.

Thanks.

Thank-you for that detailed explanation, Kenny. That explains a lot. However, I am still confused as to how the FFM reps strip the agent's NPN off of the case when/if the client calls in and makes any change whatsoever. It has happened so many times to so many agents, that either the FFM reps are being told to strip our NPNs, or else they save the application after doing a Change in Circumstances during which time the NPN has been stripped by the system.

Since what you describe happens regardless of how the initial enrollment was made via a WBE like us, or the agent directly at heatlcare . gov. your guess is as good as anyones without an answer from CMS...

On the most recent CMS Agent/Broker update call, CMS said that the WBE connections currently only attach agent NPN at the plan selection stage of the process, which results in it being stripped for any changes to that plan enrollment. They said they're working on a fix to move the NPN attachment to the application instead of the plan enrollment, which should resolve the issue, and hope to deploy it within the next month.

That would take care of a good portion of the situations where we're seeing agent data stripped, but not all of it.

HealthCare.gov/CMS knew that they were stripping our National Producer Numbers from Enrollment documents TWO (2) years ago.

To be CRYSTAL CLEAR, the stripping as described here and in other posts IS NOT IN ANY WAY due to ACAExpress.

That's absolutely correct. The issue is with how HC.gov attaches the agent's NPN when it receives an enrollment from WBEs (all WBEs). This is entirely on the FFM's side of things, and can only be resolved by them on their end if they choose to do so.

MOBILE WEB VIEW FOR CONSUMER FACING SITE IS COMPLETELY BROKEN TODAY

Hello to all, and to Kenny @ Aca Express who has always been helpful. This morning me and my team started a "test" marketing email, sent to thousands of leads and clients only to find that the mobile web view for our untouched site is broken. On iPhone, Safari and Chrome both show a chopped and cut up site with no access to the quoting portal and even if it did, I doubt people would use it. Now this might not be anyone's fault but ours, we have a web designer starting tomorrow who is going to clean up and stylize our CFS by Friday. I just don't know what could be causing this error and I'm posting here trying to get a response from someone @ ACA, we haven't heard anything back in a couple hours.

Again, we LOVE ACA Express and it's by far the best WBE in our opinion. We are way behind schedule getting the CFS customized and I fully take the blame if this error is on our end. But we haven't touched any of the code and are worried that we may burn the credibility of our site with thousands of leads.

*quick update* after a little more searching, it seems like Consumer facing site's that have NOT been touched or changed are the ones experiencing this bug. Brokers who have added images or moved things around on their portal work fine right now in web view.

Broken: acaplanfinder DOT acaexpress DOT com

Working: healthplanssolutions DOT com

NEWER UPDATE: Reid has responded via chat and it is being worked on right now. Will update once fully fixed.
