ACAExpress, Pricing, New Features, Etc.

You read foxnews.com?

Funny, I consider you to be a master researcher. I'm just amazed at how much you read (then kindly share with us). But I don't remember a single post from you, nor even a reference to anything from foxnews.com.

BTW, yes, it's a cookie. Kinda creepy to see ads appear on websites, advertising something you googled last Friday.

My browser's "start page" is FoxNews.com. They don't have auto-play videos and other annoying advertising tricks like CNN, ABC, Yahoo, etc.. Just a quick glance at the headlines and then on to surfing elsewhere.

Thankyou for confirming my suspicion that a cookie triggers these ACA Express ads. Kenny must be an unusually talented webmaster-marketer.

Right now, as I type this, there's a big 4 inch x 8 inch "ACA Express" banner right above the forum navigation links. What would be there if I had never visited ACAExpress.com? Some other AD? Emptiness? How do you tell Insurance-forums.net, FoxNews.com, etc.. "Hey, When Allen's Cookie visits your site, show my banner. Here's $___. Thanks!" Regardless of the underlying technology, it must be expensive advertising, if you want everyone who has ever visited ACAExpress.com to see your banner on high-profile websites like Fox. He's also showing up at another favorite of mine, AboveTopSecret.com. wow...

I think the banner on insurance-forums.net is paid advertising directly with this particular site. As for showing up when you visit other websites, that's different.

Saw this posted in another thread:

"Can't do two apps on Sherpa, don't know about other WBE's.

Also didn't know you could now choose two different plans on HC.gov, and do it with confidence. Didn't work well last year from what I recall."

We do provide this functionality, only requirement being is each application must have a unique email address. Did it for my wife and I as we needed different plans.

Further clarification, via ACAExpress would do two separate applications, not one which is "split" so to speak.

Kenny, I hear that you are rolling in the big bucks, and probably are not subsidized... Could this be done for one household who qualifies for a subsidy but wants to split the family members into two separate health plans?

Not rolling in the big bucks but no subsidies for me or my wife.. :P

To your question - Yes, separate applications but the entire household would have to be on each, with needs coverage on those that are to be insured.

To those asking in other threads about re-enrolling someone though might be helpful to see what it looks like in ACAExpress.

Below is a screenshot of an actual enrollment where the original enrollment was done on 02/11/2015 and then on 11/05/2015 a new one completed. Instead of having to re-enter info (unless necessary due to change in address for example in which case it can be edited) simply look up the existing applicant, click on "Quote" and enroll. And both enrollment details are displayed for the customer. Super easy! As this is an actual customer their details have been blacked out.

So is there a way to import all my clients that I signed up through Medicare.gov into my ACA Express website?

assuming you mean 'healthcare.gov" not medicare.gov right? If so, then yes though that feature has not yet been deployed.
