I'm still amazed how fe CO's make money giving out 200% over 5 yrs with around 65-70% persistency at the 3 yr mark . That means break even is around 4-5 yrs . That's not taking into account death claims mounting at 5 yrs plus in force . There must be a lot of policy's dropped in yrs 5-10 were they pay no claims .

You'd be suprised what some IMO's will give if your no trouble to them . A guy writes 5-10 apps a yr and you never hear a peep from him . That's 20% on $3k to $5 k for doing nothing. Of course you need a relationship with the IMO .
