Humana has typically been very accurate on their commission payments as far as paying the right level. I can't recall too many charge backs for overpayment of true up commissions.

Can't say that for other carrier in the line up.

I haven't received ANYTHING from Coventry/Aetna.

Coventry hasn't been in IN for years and for some reason I kept getting emails this AEP of renewal notices of clients I put with them. Have no clue why because nobody has them anymore. So there system must be pretty messed up.

Actually I think it may have been submitted biz notices instead of renewal. I can't remember. Either way it was a screw up.

I believe Aetna is scheduled for Jan 16.

Humana paid me the $56.00 for clients coming off the MAPD with another company and going with their stand alone PDP. Assuming they will charge back the $28.00 at some point?
