Agent Friendly Portals

That's the one thing Equita did very well; they had some Home Office people spend the day scrubbing agents' apps prior to submission.

I imagine the process paid for their salaries multiple times over.

Perhaps when I get big enough, that'll be something I'll employ (back office app scrubbing and retention department).

Hehehehe. Back office scrubbing.

It's an admittedly small sample size, but in the few apps I've sent them I seem to be having a terrible time getting them to issue policies in a timely fashion. I sent one in on the 18th of this month, heard nothing, called them on the 26th and was told they were still working on the previous week's business. It's now the 31st and it still isn't issued. No issues with the app and completed the interview.

I experienced the same delay issue with Oxford this month. Sent one in on the 17th. It wasn't issued until the 23rd. Commission didn't hit the bank till the 26th. I think the holidays definitely played a role in this. My guess is that a lot of their people were burning vacation hours at the end of the year. They are normally pretty quick - you can usually count on receiving commission in 2-3 days.

I had this same problem and fixed it. I can't remember how I fixed it but it is fixable. Not everything is.

I just saved it to my computer. All I do is click log in, but it's still a PITA to have to log in twice!

I don't have to have two passwords (unless :1wink:oing to reports which requires a separate password) but after I sign in I get a page that requires me to answer my two secret identity questions.. Every time it says the answer have been saved but then the next time I log in, I have to answer them again.

That's odd, I've never had to answer security questions. That's usually when you can't remember your password.

My 1st screen says enter site. To get in to reports, it says login. I have a different password for each, but the usernames and passwords are saved so I never have to type anything in...just click the button.
