Agents Who Doorknock

I will start knocking on doors for people who are between the ages 50-65 around 9am. 66 and older, around 10am. Also, usually I will not knock on doors of 70+ past 5pm.

Unless it is one of the rare days that i decided to get out and go to work at a decent time I am still in my PJs at 9AM... Lots of us non farmer old folks don't do mornings.. Now, if you are working the country, those people still use roosters for alarm clocks.

I find a local cop to ride with me. They answer the door the first time.

Kudos for out-of-the-box thinking there.

10:00 a.m. ....If not home then introduce yourself to a few neighbors and qualify them. They will tell you when your lead is usually home. May find you a sweet sale.

11am / 10:30. I go to the Y then go get a coffee them work I have been hitting the same area for 35 years have around 3500 policy holders

Read the book. I really never like to read I read that book on Me Stone very interesting and it kind of tought me a lot but I've been doing this for 35 years and have over 3500 clients I basically know everybody in the areas I go to
