I would highly disagree. The majority of people who protested were not being violent.

I said in some areas The majority think its justified even those that did not or even would not have participated in the violence,, But at the same time would say its justified

I do not think its a good way...vs selling your agency for some actual money, rather than just locking up and never coming back!

Depending on his contract with each carrier he may not get anything based on bringing harm to the company. I really do hope that the agency owner was not the person who posted the note and was not aware of it. Allstate corporate observed the holiday Monday and generally the agents do not follow the corporate holiday schedule. No telling what the thought process was bit I suspect that this agency name will be in the news for a while
