Depending on his contract with each carrier he may not get anything based on bringing harm to the company. I really do hope that the agency owner was not the person who posted the note and was not aware of it. Allstate corporate observed the holiday Monday and generally the agents do not follow the corporate holiday schedule. No telling what the thought process was bit I suspect that this agency name will be in the news for a while

And sadly, there is a black owned agencyby the same name getting mistakenly harmed by all the media attention.

Frankly the part about Juneteenth when they said "whatever" was distasteful at best. Everytime a holiday rolls around and I can't get ahold of underwriters, I get kinda frustrated and roll my eyes, so maybe that part was racist, maybe not.

But the part about fried chicken and collard greens, clearly racist. No question.

Agreed. Does not make a bit of sense. Its like they wanted the agency to go down in flames. And a P&C shop at that.... they are risking a very valuable asset, much more than a life book of biz.

If I heard correctly, the owner didnt even issue the apology, the employee who put up the sign issued it. Had I been the owner, the employee would have been fired immediately and a press conference held to announce that it was not me who did it and the employee is fired.
